STEP 1:
BASE & SUPPORT
Begin with the foundation of your mattress to provide the level of support you want to deliver to your guests and which technology fits. Whether an all foam, innerspring system or hybrid we have you covered. You will also decide if you want zoning and edge support stories.
STEP 2:
TRANSITION LAYERS
Here you can decide what quality of materials you are wanting to bring to the mattress, how you want it to feel and the profile height you want to achieve.
STEP 3:
COMFORT &
PRESSURE RELIEF
In this stage we want to bring you a story that you can feel and talk about for surface level pressure relief and comfort. Materials from super soft foams to memory foams and latex or even micro coils. We can chose if you want any specialty fillers like Gel, Hemp or Charcoal to ensure you have a competitive and unique product offering.
STEP 4:
ADVANCED FEATURES & MATERIALS
Take your mattress over the top with advanced materials like a Micro Coils, add layers of phase change materials (PCM), provide an antimicrobial treatment or even have a built in max airflow system thorough the whole mattress.
